Shipping

A note on shipping. LAB is a small independent business. We do NOT profit on any shipping charges. Quite the opposite. LAB runs mostly on a consignment/profit sharing basis, thus we often go out of pocket for shipping when we give it away for free. As LAB grows, we will be conscious of shipping costs and re-assess yearly.

For purchases over $250 shipping is free to Canada and the United States. The shipping rate for orders under $250 within Canada, USA, and international orders are calculated at checkout. 

All shipments are shipped expedited, with tracking through Canada Post. Should you want a faster service, you can choose Xpresspost at checkout.

Should you want added insurance, please choose Navidium Shipping Protection.

All orders over $500 must add Navidium Shipping Protection. 

Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. LAB holds no responsibility for deliveries made outside of the estimated timeframe.

Your order will be dispatched in 3-5 business days. You will be notified of your tracking number to follow its journey to you. For all tracking inquires please contact the shipping company directly.

 

Hold Shipping Policy

Don't need your order right away, and would rather save on the shipping? We have a new FREE SHIPPING rate in town! Canada only.

HOLD Shipping (We hold your order(s) and you can add to your order over time until you reach the free shipping minimum of $250)

Here's how it works. 

Place an order and select the shipping rate underlined above. We will hold the items you purchase, they are considered sold.

These orders cannot be cancelled.

What you need to do next is:

- When you see something online or in IG stories that you'd like to order, you can either message us to add to this existing order, or you can place a new order online using the same shipping method and we'll ship everything together once you've met the minimum for free shipping. 

- need your order before the minimum is met, no problem. we'll simply invoice you for the shipping fee and send it out!

 

International Orders - If you don't see your country at checkout, send us an email at  lab@labluxuryresale.com and we can discuss.

Some of our merchandise is located around the globe and can take some time getting to us with the current state of the world and shipping delays. Most often the turnaround is swift, however should you be concerned, just drop us a line. 

We will ship items within 8-20 business days after receiving cleared payment. Once sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number if you've chosen a tracked rate. Please email with any questions. 

Need your order within 3-10 days? Just let us know!

If you fail to pick up your package from your post office and it gets returned to LAB, you have the option of a) having the package shipped back to you once again at your expense, or b) having the purchase price refunded to you, shipping costs paid on the initial shipment are non refundable. Shipping and handling fees for re-sent packages are as follows: International $75, Canada $20 and USA, $25.

LAB takes pride in being environmentally friendly. Your package may arrive in a recycled box or an up-cycled dust bag, and will include minimal paperwork.

Returns/Refunds:

We want to make sure everyone feels supported in their purchasing. Thus we're now offering refunds on everything aside from the above. 

Items must be returned in their exact state as they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.

The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own cost.

Any duties LAB incurs upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Wire payment is the only method of payment accepted on orders over $2500.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are items that have not yet arrived in our warehouse, but can be purchased and reserved in advance of their arrival. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment we’ll notify you with your tracking number and expected date of delivery. Delivery times are dependent on our shipping partner in your country of origin.

 

Authenticity

As a trusted online source of the best in designer handbags, shoes, and accessories, we guarantee the authenticity of our items.

At LAB, each item is carefully selected to meet our high standard of quality. You will find in many cases our items come with the original authenticity paperwork and dust bags from the original purchase. Please read the descriptions of each bag carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Colouring of bags can slightly change due to varying monitor calibration. 

All of our handbags are guaranteed authentic, or you will receive a full refund.

If you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the handbag is not authentic, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item/s in order to receive a full refund. We will require you to produce documentation that the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain such documentation from a well-recognized authenticator service or expert, or the original designer store. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it. We recommend Authenticate First or Zekos as trusted authentication sources.

Tax

There will be no sales taxes charged on shipments to US and international customers.

All Canadian orders subject to 5% federal tax; NB, NF, NS, ON, PEI,  orders are subject to HST.

 

Merchandise is subject to import duties & tariffs during customs inspection when goods are shipped to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, tarrifs, and other expenditures that are incurred during shipment. LAB is not responsible for packages delayed by the postal service or customs inspections.

There are no duties within Canada.
