TO CURL HAIR Hair should be clean and completely dry before using the styler. Ensure hair is dry and combed through. 1. Separate a section of hair. The smaller the section, the more defined the curl. The larger the section, the looser the curl or wave. 2. Press and hold the Release button to open plates. Take a section of hair and place between the plates, roughly 2 inches from the roots. Release the plates by letting go of the Open/Close button. 3. Turn the styler 180° back on itself, so that the hair is wrapped once around the outside of the styler. Cool tips provide a safe, heat-resistant place to hold the styler while you curl. 4. Slowly glide the styler along the length of hair from roots to ends in a downward motion. 5. Release the hair from the styler. The cool air outlet sets the style. 6. Repeat for each section of hair.

All of our handbags are guaranteed authentic, or you will receive a full refund. If you feel the handbag you purchased from LAB is not authentic, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item/s in order to initiate the refund process.
To receive a full refund, we require that you return the item and include official documentation that proves the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain such documentation from a recognized authenticator service. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

Returns/Refunds:
We understand that the shift to shopping online in this new frontier is frustrating and difficult for many. We want to make sure everyone feels supported in their purchasing. Thus we're now offering refunds on everything aside from the above.
Items must be returned in their exact state as they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own cost.
Any duties LAB incurs upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.
