In the app, scan the mask barcode and the corresponding treatment will automatically sync to your UFO mini and you are ready to start your treatment. 2. Prep for Use: Remove the attachment ring from UFO mini, and remove UFO Activated Mask from sachet. Secure mask on device by clipping the attachment ring back into place, with the FOREO logo facing up. 3. ?Enjoy: Gently glide UFO mini across clean, dry skin and massage the formula in using circular motions until the device turns off, indicating the end of your treatment. Dispose of the mask and rinse UFO mini under running water. 4. Finishing Touch: Use your fingers to gently pat any remaining essence into your skin, until it is fully absorbed. You can obtain such documentation from a recognized authenticator service. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

Returns/Refunds:
We understand that the shift to shopping online in this new frontier is frustrating and difficult for many. We want to make sure everyone feels supported in their purchasing. Thus we're now offering refunds on everything aside from the above.
Items must be returned in their exact state as they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own cost.
Any duties LAB incurs upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.
