Order Processing Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process, weekend orders will process on the next working business day. Delivery Time: Our items are located in warehouses across the globe, please allow approximately 5-21 days for delivery. There are no duties within Canada. Duties may apply internationally, buyer is responsible for all duty payment. LAB is not responsible. Please inquire about approximate delivery time of your specific order. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Here at LAB, each item is carefully selected to meet our high standard of quality. In many cases, our items come with original certificates of authenticity and/or dust bags from the original purchase.
When shopping our site, please read the descriptions of each product carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Colouring of bags may be slightly different onscreen vs. in-person due to varying computer-monitor calibration.
All of our handbags are guaranteed authentic, or you will receive a full refund. If you feel the handbag you purchased from LAB is not authentic, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item/s in order to initiate the refund process.
To receive a full refund, we require that you return the item and include official documentation that proves the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain such documentation from a recognized authenticator service. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

Returns/Refunds:
We understand that the shift to shopping online in this new frontier is frustrating and difficult for many. We want to make sure everyone feels supported in their purchasing. Thus we're now offering refunds on everything aside from the above.
Items must be returned in their exact state as they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own cost.
Any duties LAB incurs upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.
